Managing Stress and Anxiety With Angela Ficken

In this episode...

Do you feel anxious, stressed, or depressed? Would you like the help and resources you need to manage your stress and anxiety? You’re not alone.

Many stressors can interfere with a healthy, well-balanced life. People deal with stress and anxiety differently, but sometimes it manifests itself to the point where you feel overwhelmed, impacting your everyday life. It can affect your sleep, relationships, work, mood, appetite, and health. After dealing with a difficult time in her life, Angela Ficken realized she wanted to help people navigate how to manage their mental health and made it her life’s work. She wanted to reach more people than her private practice allowed, so she started a six-week course called Worried to Well-Balanced that helps people manage stress and anxiety through an online program. If you go to a doctor for your physical health, shouldn’t you seek help for your mental health?
