Gregory Airington Jr. is the Director of Above All Things Dream Foundation, a charitable organization that aims to help, coach, and educate students in need and their families. With 27 years of experience in coaching and mentoring student-athletes, he has also worked with children with disabilities and incarcerated individuals, promoting positive collaboration and citizenship. Passionate about youth development, he believes greatness is achieved through training. Through the foundation, Gregory aims to empower young adults, foster model citizens, and inspire healthy lifestyles.

 

Tia Airington is the Co-director of Above All Things Dream Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. She is an experienced coach, trainer, and mentor with extensive experience in public and private schools. Tia’s strong sense of community has helped her focus on one of the most important missions in life — educating the youth and teaching them how to prepare for a bright future. Committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity, she has dedicated over 20 years to coaching, training, and uplifting children and young adults. Tia’s favorite quote reflects her belief in the power of individual impact to change lives.
