Michelle Prince is CEO and Founder of Performance Publishing. She’s helped thousands tell their stories and is dedicated to making a difference, one story at a time. She is a best-selling author, motivational speaker, publishing expert, leadership coach, host of The Power of Authority Spotlight podcast, and a Ziglar Legacy Certified speaker/trainer. She is married to her husband Chris and has two sons, Austin and Tyler, and has a passion for the ocean and pugs! Michelle really wants to see everyone succeed in their personal & professional goals and realize an abundant life.
Nancy Acevedo is Performance Publishing's Book Project Manager. She has mastered the art of holding author's hands and guiding them through the process of publishing. She is the literary GPS, ensuring that every author's journey is smooth and successful. Nancy loves assisting people and knowing more about them to understand why they do what they do. When not re-reading her favorite books, or re-watching rom-coms, she listens to motivational apps. Her dream is to travel and make memories wherever she goes!
Nicole Marsolek is the Publishing Administrator and a recent graduate of Midwestern State University. She has been working on the social media team for Performance Publishing and her job involves creating content, managing campaigns, and engaging with the public online. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, playing soccer, and spending time with her family. She's passionate about helping others achieve their dreams through education and hard work - it's something that motivates her every day!

He works closely with leaders to identify opportunities that align with their vision, helping them transform expertise into influential thought leadership. With deep experience in author relations and a passion for impactful storytelling, Jacques is committed to ensuring every leader’s message reaches the right audience.
As an Associate Vice President at Advantage, Catie Haenel has supported hundreds of authors along their publishing journey, helping them find the best opportunities to align with their goals. By helping members find the right opportunities, Catie helps them unlock the power of storytelling and unleash the power of thought leadership on a greater scale. She works closely with each leader to assess alignment, clarify impact, and chart a clear, purposeful path forward.
Haley Glover, an Associate Vice President at Advantage, has helped hundreds of prospective authors find the right opportunity for them. She connects with authors early in their publishing journey, guiding them through the process of turning their expertise into a published book and thought leadership platform. With years of experience in publishing and author relations, Haley is passionate about helping leaders share their stories in a way that creates lasting impact. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and cooking, always finding new ways to blend creativity into her daily life.
As an Associate Vice President at Advantage, Michael Verenov partners with authors early in their publishing journey to help them discover opportunities that align with their vision and goals. With a strategic approach and a deep understanding of the publishing landscape, Michael guides leaders in transforming their expertise into powerful thought leadership platforms. Passionate about building meaningful author relationships, Michael ensures every story is positioned to make a lasting impact. In his leisure time, he enjoys participating in competitive chess, helping him strategically anticipate challenges and curveballs in the game and at work.
