Building a great organizational culture has become a top priority for companies of all sizes and industries. It helps you build a purposeful brand, get buy-in, and make your organization attractive to prospects and employees.

According to Nader Safinya, a purposeful brand that stands for something more than just selling products or services is what customers want to see. They want to know they are doing business with a company that aligns with their values and beliefs. In the same way, employees today are looking for more than just a job — they want to work for a company with a genuine purpose that is making a positive impact in the world. He says creating a strong culture will boost employee engagement and retention, attract top talent, and drive customer loyalty. And let's not forget the impact it has on your brand perception.

In this episode of The Power of Authority Spotlight, Michelle Prince welcomes Nader Safinya, Founder and Principal of Blackribbit, to discuss how businesses can thrive through culture. Nader talks about building purposeful brands that attract everyone to want to work there, organizational culture, the evolution of the workplace culture and employee satisfaction, and cultural advice for small and large business owners.
